The demography we served include but are not limited to: the disabled, veterans, seniors, sober living, transitional housing, re-entry, low-income, and other special needs populations.
Our properties and services are of the highest caliber in our state and local area due to our commitment to safe, affordable all-inclusive living environments.

Our Values
Our values and philosophy stem from four key components: Respect, Empathy, Self-Learning, and Pride Of Ownership. We respect all our clients and staff and empathize with individual needs. We encourage Self-Learning and Pride of Ownership. We personally believe that housing is a universal necessity that creates positive change for all of humanity. With housing and the above key tenets, we believe we can impact change and help our clients better their lives.
Our Process
We belief our client's personal, physical and spiritual well-being must come first. We take an inter-disciplinary approach to our management as well as a team approach to our service offerings. We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities in order to best meet the needs of our community.
Application and Screening Process
Unlike most providers that have a checklist of requirements, we prefer to take a holistic approach. Most of our clients typically originate via a shared referral source. Often times this could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker or even another client’s family. Doing so allows our qualified staff to better understand the special needs of the particular client and therefore make a decision.

- Home health services (RN, Therapy)
- Hospice
- Case management
- Social work
- Behavioral counseling and therapy
- Medication management
